Return Eligibility
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 3 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items
Personal care products, customized items, and clearance items cannot be returned.

Return Process

Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve the issue.

Return Shipping
